A younger daughter is the primary heir even if a dead older daughter left children. sons of dead daughters will not be considered co-heirs. Unlike dead sons, dead daughters are not represented by their sons if you still have living daughters, i.e. Daughters come before granddaughters left by dead sons. If there are no surviving sons and no dead sons who left sons, the eldest surviving daughter inherits the top title and the rest is split among the younger daughters (and daughters of deceased brothers, if any). If all sons are dead and some of them left daughters but no sons, and you have no daughters of your own (!), everything passes to the eldest daughter of the eldest son.
If all sons are dead, everything passes to the eldest son of the eldest son who had sons nothing is split. The top title passes to the eldest surviving son and the rest are split evenly among younger sons and grandsons fathered by deceased sons.
